Good progress. Feels proud Gulbaraga citizen.
Only my fear is politicians and contractors misuse money and we all go back to the state we were earlier. Incomplete roads, improper sewers and mis-managed traffic. I hope authorities taken care of this.
Does anybody knows what is the set budget for this renewal?

I THINK THEY WOULD HAVE TAKEN A BETTER OTHER ROUTE TO THE HIGH WAY RATHER TO CHOOSE SUPER MARKET AS THEIR WAY FOR HIGH WAY, IS IT NOT THE BUSINESSES ARE AFFECTED THE SHOPS ARE DEMOLISHED …….

Nice to see the demolitions dont give a single penni to those who has encrouched the land of road, and back charge them as rent for 60 years they used the area of road.
At the same time pay good compensation if really they are holding proper documents of their property.
Hope to see controls on the new layout selling, with out N/A and land mafias are creating problems to the innocents.

Slowly but surely something is happening in Gulbarga. In real sense the road between railway station to Gunj should be atleast 100′ rather then 60′.

Alongwith roadwidening, beautification of the city is needed. Gardens in and around the city in developing areas. Road lights, more particularly from General Hospital to University, the road should be divided and street lights installed in the central divider. Corporation should keep the city clean and dustfree.

Tall ZP building….there is no need to demolish…..it was a historic icon…..If Gulbarga is really need to develop; Govt would have developed near the outskirts of the city…like MSK Mill, Sedam Rd, Humnabad Rd or near Ram Mandir area…
Demolishing Super Market area is no need…its old…its our historic representation like Old Delhi…where our real taste of food…market
Govt should take care of building up new roads….improving Tank Bund…Historic Fort…
