                            The five-day South Zone Inter University Youth Festival starts from 15th December 2012 at Gulbarga University, Gulbarga

The South Zone Inter University Youth Festival will be organized and hosted by the Gulbarga University, Gulbarga  (Karnataka) and will be conducted under the aegis of the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi. It is being financed by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India

In all, 1,500 students, accompanists and officials from 20 universities from Karnataka,Andhra Pradesh, Tamil nadu, and kerala were expected to take parth in the biggest campus cultrural entertainment.

The events will be held in different halls and auditorium in the campus including sprawling Mahatma Gandhi Hall in the main administrative building. The other halls in diffrent departments include Bose Hall, Bhaskar Hall,  Ambedkar Hall and Harihara Hall.

 

How to reach Gulbarga University:

Gulbarga is well connected with Train and Bus .One can arrive by air from Hyderabad which is only 160 Km. away Daily trains and Volvo, Luxury and AC buses ply from Bangalore and Hyderabad. Local travel by autos/taxis/car rental (Local Map given bellow)
