Can Gulbarga City Corporation give Details of works undertaken/ finished out of Chief Minister’s 200crores amount.
How it was spent, where it was spent, what is the present condition of those works. What is the quality of those works, whether proper utilisation/end use is ensured ?Whether any public audit /statutory audit was conducted.
Please publish details on Gulbarga Corporation web site.

It is our experience that Gulbarga City Corporation does not believe its own documents.
Need clarification for following points
1. Whether Details of Form II (See rule 11) are goes on changing ?
2.Corporation officials does not understand Kannada the state language?
Since we ask some information they give some other information.
3.It is general practice that if latest receipt is produced, It is presumed that there are no dues. (e.g. telephone /electricity bill). But Corporation has spl system asking all the receipts/ documents from owners. Whether there is no proper filing /documentation system or keeping records at their end. It asks everything from owners.
4. What is the penalty for Corporation’s mistake. Since after 2-3 decades it dis ownes its own permission/documents.
5. It seems Corporation does not have proper record room/documentation , On which grounds it claims dues from owners. ?
Each time it asks to submit documents from owners. Is it justice.?
