Dear There is lot of evidence from different surveys, reports, statics of state as well as national for this reasons it need special provision with efficient fun, powers to access like Independent Board for implementation.

it’s a good dicision taken by the govt but, the question arises in mind that will it be implemened successfully? Many of parties given lot of assurance durin election partially few are completed.
the thing is unless and untill the people changes we are opressed by these politicians. Only the unity of the people can change us all.

Since my childhood i am listening and seeing the efforts made by several people to get the article 371 to the hk region but on the contrary, i would like to say why should we beg anyone for the special rules and special privelages to get the developement, instead we prepare ourselves to face the cut throat competition of the world and face the challenges on par,and i am ashamed to consdier myself as under privelaged because of the regional boundaries, I think the youth of this region is more competent and people of courage and logical skills than any other regions of the world only we need the leaders who can give the right dimensions to this tremendous strength and enable us to achieve the development within available resources. we can take an example of the small nations like israel.the view is purely personal

Hyderabad Karnataka Development Board (HKDB) is created and adequate funds are separately allocated apart from the usual budget Plan/Non Plan allocations every year for the over all development of the districts of Bidar, Gulbarga, Yadgir, Raichur, Koppal and Bellary. Before stretching an ambition seeking special treatment to this backward area, it is necessary to make an attempt to assess the impacts in terms of the levels of the social and physical infrastructure hitherto created and the amounts actually spent thereon. An ideal institution at the micro level to identify and execute the development works suited to the local requirements needs to be thought of as otherwise whatsoever finances are pumped in, undoubtedly go down the drain.

whenever the south karnataka and north karnataka intellectual speaks on the dais about the developments of the Hyderabad Karnataka, they announce our region as Dasara Nadu, Kalyanara beedu but now the erstwhile chief Minister BSY told that the Hyderabad Karnataka is acronym as Kalyana Karnataka. it is welcome move to listen about the bragging words but what about the amendment?

the amendment of the Article 371(D) is a night mare for the people in this region due to the bad politicians prevails, even they need to create the awareness among the youth to fight for the article. its not a one day strike to draw the attention of the nation.

i think it is very important matter for hk 371 inclusion and once it is given means everything will change and the fate of tye people will surely change at any cost I hope this will happen in the leadership of mr. vyjnath patil and we all can enjoy the benfits.

Amandement of Article 371 like D model in very essential to the H-K region. Dr.Nanjudappa told in his report H-K region will need the this special status like Telenganga. By this amandement, we get 100% jobs, in Group-D. 80% in Group-C 60% in Class-B, and Divisional level requirement in Class I and above, we also get 30% reservation in our university and Technical education sears. In the lat year recruitement made at Raichur for Teachers post of 1170 posts, Raichur students selected only 67 and other 50 students from H-K Region, remaining all all South Karnataka peoples, they are appointed and they return back to there headquarer, against post is vacant- in vacant period what is students education, how student get better with other students who enjoys all benefits.
Hence Local candidates for the appointment is very essential.By amending this article we get jobs in the Govt.Unemployed probelms will reduce.

we are not comparing our HK Region with other parts of south Karnataka,every Indian has the right f to fight for improvement of not only his/her state,but even the region to which he belong.special attention has to be paid by the state and central government,to amend 371 Article and avail the benefits to the Hyderabad Karnataka region.

I am not debating here wether article 371 is required or not.What we require is development. South karnataka has developed,Bangalore has developed,Mysore has developed, Mangalore has developed.South karnataka area has developed without article 371.Isn’t it? Then why not North Karnataka or Hyderabad karntaka develop without article 371?
Till date ‘Cente’ has not considered the request. That means karnataka govt.will allow peaple to just sit and shout for article 371 for development.Suppose, in case ‘Centre’ doesnot consider the request, then Karnataka govt.will not do anything for development?It will just ask people to go to Centre and seek development?
The ‘backwardness’ of North karnataka and Hyderabad Karnataka is the gift of people of South Karnataka who are dominent in politics & grab everything.People of Hyderabad karntaka just watch and do nothing.

Ya I agree with u r comment in political view and regional view, But review with allocation of projects and fund for norht-karntaka, then u realise wat is d problem and to meet this backwardness. what about Dr. Najundppa Report which clearly shows the imbalance in development of south and north karnataka. 39 talukas in which even basic infrastructure is not provided. So it need special attention under 371 article of the constitution by providing qualitative education and creating opportunities for local people.

I totally agree with Bheemarao Garur and Sangmesh Patil. A non political person should sparehead the cause. It is also true that, the benefits of Article 371 should be highlighted and convinced to the youth. People like Basawarajappa Appa, S.K. Kantha, Lakshman Dasti, Vasanth Kushtage, M. Nagappa (Raichur), M.Y Ghorpade, channabasappa halhalli, literary figures, artists, eminent laywers should come forward for the cause. The persons who have a clean image will certainly have followers.
